The issue is divided into two parts. The first one represents a monographic study of regional book-printing: information about Tobol'sk printing-houses and local printed matter. The second part is composed of a joint catalogue of Tobol'sk publications – a universal bibliographical aid, which informs the readers about the printed works that saw the light of the day on the territory of the Tobol'sk Province starting from the typographical activities of the Kornilyev Brothers (1789) up to 1917.
