The history of the main department is inextricably linked with the formation and development of the national security system of Belarus. “You effectively cleared the country of gangs, resolutely resisted attempts to criminalize the economy and plunder the country. You put a solid barrier against all attempts to revive organized forms of crime, all kinds of manifestations of extremism and social enmity,” the President's message of congratulations says.
He drew attention to the importance of the fact that the administration celebrates its next anniversary with invaluable work experience, traditions and a close-knit team of professionals, patriots of the Fatherland. “I am convinced that you will continue to do everything possible to reliably protect the constitutional system and the peaceful life of Belarusians,” the President stressed.
