The album is dedicated to Arkhip Kuindzhi, a Russian landscape painter of the second half of the XIXth – the beginning of the XXth centuries. Kuindzhi was a member of the Peredvizhniki society, a group of Russian realist artists who were in protest against academic restrictions.
