The book presents the key stages of my activities, my direct participation in the implementation of state economic policy, thoughts and ideas taking into account what I have lived and experienced. Each chapter describes the seriousness of the problem, citing the opinions of scientists and politicians that I like.
My own opinion does not claim to be the ultimate truth, but I want it to encourage the reader to think about how to make our lives better and not stop there. The strength of the individual lies in the development of development measures and the dominant role in the process of their implementation. I have tried to show this with concrete examples in real political and economic conditions. Our main task is to get out of the trap of the transition period from a directive to a socially oriented market economy.
