Leopold Moravcik – one of the most important Slovak foreign policy journalists of the 1970s and 1990s. He studied journalism, international relations and law in Bratislava and foreign policy journalism at the Faculty of Journalism in Prague. He was active in the Czechoslovak Television until 1990, later in the Pravda newspaper. After 2000, he was active primarily as an employee of the state administration (Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic and the Office of the President of the Slovak Republic) and at the same time as an author of non-fiction.
