The youngest period of legal history - the history of post-war Czechoslovakia from the coup d'etat in February 1948 to the end of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia (KSC) in November 1989 - represents an even less researched legal-historical matter to which the third volume Practice on State History and the Right to Slovakia. The practicum builds on previous teaching aids affecting the period of the feudal state and law (Volume I) and the civil - bourgeois state and law (Volume II). In it, the authors tried to present the people's democratic and socialist conception of the state and law based on the ideological pillars of the Marxist-Leninist worldview and its basic features embodied in the legal norms of the period.
