The monograph is the fruit of the author's half-century of creativity, combined with scientific research activities and legislative initiative in the socio-economic sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study covers the 30-year period of the old system's rule, which brought the country to a critical boiling point and ended with "Kantarh" in 2022. The author critically analyzes the evolution and logic of the country's economic development, offers a number of projects, and many recommendations for building a democratic state. Since the country gained independence, he has sent over 50 letters and developments to the Presidents and Governments of the Republic of Kazakhstan, some of which have been implemented and many are waiting in the wings. What measures and levers should be used to develop the country's economy, domestic production, how to raise the village in deeds and not in words, stimulate small and medium-sized businesses, awaken the initiative of the masses, alleviate the social situation of ordinary people and, most importantly, provide them with a decent standard of living? The author, taking into account world experience and the legacy of the great thinker Abai, offers the Kazakh path of development, as well as a concept of the future in a new era of civilization.
