The book discusses similar issues to the ones examined earlier in "A Conceptual View of a Fourth Bulgarian State". It is about the new Bulgarian statehood. If everything in Bulgaria is to conform to contemporary international laws and treaties, it is necessary to change the whole system of the status-quo in the country in line with the principles of international law.
