The edition introduces one of the brightest phenomena of the traditional folk culture of the Ust-Tsilemsky region of the Komi Republic (the Pechora river basin) - the round dance festival "Gorka", included in the register of objects of intangible cultural heritage of Russia. The publication includes articles, bibliography of publications and studies of "Gorka" folklore, photographs, as well as a disc with texts, audio recordings and sheet music of songs in records of different years. It publishes for the first time the earliest sound recordings of samples of the repertoire from the phonogram archive of the Institute of Russian Literature (Pushkin House) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, made in 1929 on wax rolls and in 1955 on a tape recorder.
