The results of the development and testing in Belarus of a multidimensional model for the study of religiosity on the basis of a cross-confessional approach are presented. The model was created to study the characteristics of the involvement of the Belarusian population in religion - more precisely, in different religious traditions, trends, movements and environments that exist in the country, regardless of their confessional content. The task was to find out the meaning that people invest in their religious position or in their religious quest.
