The book is dedicated to the first married couple of writers in Lithuania. Their literary path, united by the same societal goals and idealized motifs of sensitivity, broke up into divergent segments of style. The violent struggle, even public scandals and divorce, tore the private life of both writers to shreds and turned it into a painful drama.
