The monograph attempts to comprehend and explain global events that have occurred over the past three decades from the point of view of such an important philosophical category as truth. The bottom line is that the vast majority of humanitarian theories were unable to predict the collapse of one economic- political system represented by the USSR and the countries of the socialist camp and the change of global economic and political leader within just a few decades. Theories in many respects turned out to be helpless, which actualized the problem not only of their reability and the possibility of comprehending the truth in humanitarian sphere.
