The monograph is devoted to the newest problems of local self-government in the light of the constitutional and municipal reforms of 2020 in the Russian Federation. The monograph is dedicated to the Russian Federation. The article considers issues of improvement of municipal legislation at the present stage. The article analyses the most important directions of the draft law "On general principles of organization of local self-government in the unified system of public authority".
