The book is devoted to the period of enlightenment in Azerbaijan in the end of the XIXth century, when there appeared schools where all subjects were taught in the national language. This process took place mainly in the western part of the country in Gazakh Region (on the border with Georgia) where in the town of Gori there was a theological seminary.
