For the first time in the Republic of Belarus, a comprehensive study of the problems of combating forest violations was conducted. Theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations formulated in the work can be used by state bodies of special competence protecting and controlling forest protection, as well as by investigative and judicial bodies of the republic.
The work seems to be significant for the educational process when studying the topic “Crimes against Ecological Safety and the Natural Environment” of the criminal law course, as well as in studying administrative, civil, environmental, environmental and forest law courses.
