The almanac "Yenisei" is the oldest periodical of the Krasnoyarsk region, which begins its history in 1940. It was the year when the first issue of the "Krasnoyarsk Almanac" was published on the initiative of young Krasnoyarsk writers. By the second issue, it was named "Yenisei".
Nowadays, the almanac "Yenisei" is a modern publication of literary, artistic and local history orientation. Its pages contain works of art by Krasnoyarsk authors, an overview of notable cultural events in Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk region, historical and art history articles and journalism.
