The monograph presents the results of many years of work on the complex of monuments of the Chiyalik culture of the 13th-14th centuries in the forest-steppe Cis-Urals. Based on archaeological and natural science data, the results of the study of the Gornovskoye settlement and ground burial ground, large reference monuments, the materials of which were previously not available to a wide range of specialists, are summarized. The book provides an analysis of the material culture, economy, and burial rites of the population living in the Dema River basin during the Golden Horde era. Information is also provided on the Bronze Age antiquities of the Gornovskoye site.
