In the book, the first constitution of Mongolia is analyzed based on the facts from the legal point of view, and the contents, concepts, importance and lessons are summarized. In addition, the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic (RSFSR), the Far Eastern Republic (USSR), Tuva, Turkestan and some comparisons of the first constitution of Mongolia, including how foreign researchers evaluated the first constitution.
