Collection of articles is prepared on the basis of lectures, read at the third international summer school on juridical anthropology (August 19-24, 2003, St.Petersburg-Pushkin). The school was devoted to protection and utilization of natural resources and to the rights of native people on deer- raising as the basis of their life-support system in contemporary conditions.
