The monograph examines one of the important scholarly and socio-political problems of modern Ukrainian society, as a result of which a legal assessment of the struggle of the Ukrainian nationalist movement in the middle of the 20th century was provided.
The author made an excursion into the processes of the emergence and development of organized forms of the Ukrainian nationalist movement, determined the factors that led to its emergence and the dynamics of opposition to anti-democratic regimes. On the basis of a wide source base and scholarly research, we present our own interpretations of the main terminological apparatus, which is connected with the struggle of the Ukrainian nationalists in the period under study.
