The dynamics of modern transformations taking place today in the world community concerns not only international relations, liberal de-globalization, a split in Orthodoxy and the Russian world, but also security, the wealth of the many-sided Arctic, changes in its meanings in the flow of time. In this scientific review work, for the first time, the natural and anthropogenic landscape of the Arctic is shown in close unity, all the main spheres of social life are comprehensively investigated - economics and politics, society and culture. The possibilities of Internet resources, the accumulated thesaurus of scientific knowledge and practices are fully used.
