The two-volume book opens the series of supplements to the collection "The Jewish Museum" published before. It is the first publication that contains lists of the Vilnuis ghetto prisoners. The lists were compiled during the general population census in Lithuania in May 1942. The collection also includes articles (in Lithuanian, Russian, and English) and photographic material. There is an alphabetical index of ghetto prisoners' names at the end of the book.
