The next volume of the series “Russian Juridical Heritage” presents the reader a collection of works by Russian jurist F.V.Taranovskii (1875-1936) devoted to the research in the history of Russian law and juridical thought. Insufficiently-studied works written in issues of limited circulation during the immigration period describe methodology of historic-juridical study, ways of interpreting monuments of juridical literature including examination of the so called Norman Theory of the origin of the Russian State and the Cathedral Code, 1649 as well as the "Order" of Russian Empress Catherine II.
