This book is the first general and monographic research on ethnopolitical history of the biggest Turkish speaking formation - karluks - in the VII-XIIIth centuries. Karluks had played a significant role in social and ethnical history of modern nations in Central Asia and Kazakhstan regions. Special attention is given to the study of reasons and consequences of karluks' ethnopolitical reorientation on Central Asia.
