The proclamation of independence marks the beginning of a new era in the history of Ukraine after the "lost time. For almost three and a half centuries, when the Ukrainian people fell under Moscow's enslavement, they not only slowed down our civilizational development, but also depreciated the nation's achievements in all spheres of public life.
