The Dictionary of Esoteric Slang is a unique terminological collection of notions and expressions, typical for the Russian esoteric circles since the 1960s. The present book is not a dictionary in the academic sense of the word, still it is very useful. The author of the “Dictionary…” is Sergei Moskalev, who is also the author of the “Science and Religion” magazine, former “Radio Russia” musical editor, author of the PuntoSwitcher program. He was a member of the “Context” (1972-1991), the first Russian group of moral and personal development, which initiated the samizdat translations of works by Gurjiyev, Kastaneda, Osho and many others into the Russian language.
