The book is about Avraamy Pavlovich Zavenyagin (1901-1956) who was one of the initiators of the creation of the Ryazan provincial organization of the Russian Young Communist League, worked in the Izvestia newspaper of the Ryazan Provincial Executive Committee, was the head of the Agitation and Education Division of the Ryazan Provincial Military Commissariat (later the Political Department), and the head of the political department of the 2nd Infantry Division.
A.P. Zavenyagin was at the origins of the creation of the Soviet atomic bomb.
