The book is a list-type thesaurus that is fundamentally new in concept and structure, displaying the picture of the world of emotions in lexicographic parameters. It includes two parts - ideographic and alphabetical. In the first, all the considered emotive vocabulary of the Russian language is given as part of denotative-ideographic groups, into which it is united by meaning, taking into account the displayed emotions. In total, there are 11,210 description units, 39 semantic groups and 291 subgroups, the quantitative composition of which is different: from 78 to 740 units within the groups. In the second part, all vocabulary is arranged alphabetically, indicating the group number for each word, which will make it easier for the user to find the desired word and its place in the ideographic part of the dictionary
