In the fall of 2019, the fifth investigation into the death of a politician from the time of the first Czechoslovak republic, Jan Masaryk, was launched. The book describes several years of difficult research, with a special emphasis on the evidence of the forensic scientist of the time Wilibald Hoffmann. Analyzing this evidence and comparing it with a number of official documents and personal memoirs, the author finds many ambiguous points that complement the complex mosaic of Jan Masaryk's death.
