The well-known local historian Arkady Podlipsky began work on a new series - “Biography of the Vitebsk House”. The first book was published. The first brochure is dedicated to the building on Suvorov Street, 3 - now it houses an art school. The publication tells about the history of the house, about the institutions located in it and the people associated with them. The book of 80 pages contains more than 40 illustrations, including, perhaps, an unknown previously pre-war photo of Vasil Bykov.
