The book acquaints readers with the principles of managing the evolution of social and economic systems of various natures and scales from corporation and state to the world community. For this purpose, a system of progressive and adaptive mechanisms and their simplified models have been used. The archetypes and mechanisms of global and Russian evolutions have been analyzed. Different variants on the issue of Russia’s evolution depending on the mechanisms used by the authorities have been suggested. A concept of an intellectual state as a center of capitals, based on self-organization and adaptation have been worked out.
