The formation of an efficiently working market for alcoholic beverages is a significant aspect of filling the state budget, and, therefore, enhancing the implementation of the economic and social policies of the Russian Federation. However, an increase in retail sales of alcohol leads to an increase in the level of alcoholization of the population, and this has become a problem not only in Russia but also in many countries of the world, which requires a primary solution to the problem of assessing the mutual influence of the alcohol market and the socio-economic sphere of the state’s life.
