The presented documents and materials for the first time shed the light upon the activities of the Stalingrad group of armed forces in February - May 1943. Whereas for a long period of time the Battle of Stalingrad presented a focus of researchers’ attention, further life and fate of the participants of the military units were shaded from view by these great events. Publication of documents, supplied with detailed commentaries and name index is intended to repair this injustice.
