The collection presents the results of scientific research conducted in specially protected natural areas (PAs) of the Republic of Belarus on various aspects of environmental issues. The articles highlight the general issues of strategic directions for the development of the protected areas in the Republic of Belarus, analysis and results of scientific research on the inventory of flora and fauna in the territory of the Berezinsky and Polesky radiation-ecological reserves, national parks Belovezhskaya Pushcha and Pripyatsky. The results of many years of research and monitoring of rare plant and bird species, the structure of forest vegetation in the catchments of the Berezina tributaries of the Berezinsky biosphere reserve are given.
