Poetry. The poet himself about the new collection: “The basic mood of the collection “Separate Light” is the fragility of existence on the individual, human community and native language levels. In a sense, it is a dual existence between the life that happened before the war and what has to be understood/accepted now. The concept of the poetry collection can be formulated in a few words: how can a person, to whom the world is given in pieces, fragments, perceive its wholeness? Understand its meaning? Break through the found to the unfound? The answers are the poems themselves, in which the layer of darkness and twilight thickens to individual flashes of light, namely, knots that tie invisible lines of tension in a possible harmony.”
