The luxurious album offers the most complete collection (over 600 reproductions) of picture postcards and photographs of the late XIXth and the early XXth centuries devoted to Samara City. They will help the possessors of the album to take a journey to the city of merchants and officials, petty bourgeoises, meal-mongers, loaders and gorchishniks (members of street gangs). The special section elucidates postcards of religious buildings, the Strukov Garden, the Samara River, and a number of other parts of the city.
