The present school-book suggests examination of the Russian emigration literature of the 1920s-1990s. Creative work by the writers, who made the three waves of emigration is examined: works by prose writers and poets of the senior and younger generations (the first wave) are reviewed, Russian foreign literary process of the 1940s-1960s is characterized (the second wave), and the prose and poetry by the representatives of the third emigration wave are analyzed.
