The book contains for the first time tales and legendary stories, rarely mentioned in the official ancient and recent history of the city. Some of them occasionally appeared on the pages of local history publications of the 19th and 20th centuries, others were preserved by city rumor, others were retold by old-timers of the city, the author-compiler of this book was an eyewitness of recent city curiosities.
