The work is devoted to the general-lieutenant Lev Rokhlin, deputy of the State Duma, president of the Defense Committee, who was tragically killed on the 3rd of June 1998. Nobody believed the death by the hand of his wife. Military officer, Afghanistan war veteran, the commander of one of the units that took part in military operations in Grozny in 1995 - Rokhlin advocated reconstruction of battle potential of the Russian Army.
