A farce based on true events. The author Igor Rudnikov is a former editor of an independent newspaper “Novye kolyosa” (“New wheels”) and a deputy of Kaliningrad Oblast. His presumably unjustified arrest in 2017 caused public outcry all over the world. Rudnikov was awarded the order “For Courage” by the jury of the Prize named after A.D. Sakharov “For journalism as a deed” in December 12th 2017. In 2018 Rudnikov was recognized as a political prisoner by the Human rights Center “Memorial”.
