The culinary art of the peoples is rich in national traditions that go back thousands of years. Specialists in the field, together with the administrations of the municipal districts of Tatarstan, have managed to collect recipes for a variety of dishes that reflect the characteristics of the national cuisines of the peoples living in the villages and rural areas of the republic.
