The book provides description of the experiment in reading of the contemporary literary-artistic text with the help of the "The Dictionary of Puskin's Language", i.e., through the eyes of the reader of the first third of the XIXth century. The major part of the issue is occupied by a commented dictionary, which offers retrospective reflection of grammatical, semantic, and word-formative evolution of words and expressions of the Russian language in the course of 150 years.
