The workshop was the first international meeting in Estonia all countries of Baltic Sea drainage basin. The workshop in Estonia paid a lot of attention to the ice climatology and modeling interrelating the different parts of the hydrological and meteorological problems. The publication contains the articles of the oral presentations and posters presented at the workshop. All the materials are represented in English.
