The monograph presents the theoretical and methodological foundations of professional self-realization of teachers of secondary schools. Pedagogical conditions that stimulate the desire for self-fulfillment are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the activities of nominal schools, the structure and content of a holistically self-governing system are proposed as necessary and sufficient conditions for self-realization. Much attention is paid to the need for systematic and targeted work to identify the innovative capabilities of teachers.
