A system of guarantees at all stages of criminal proceedings in Ukraine has been developed, which will ensure the prevention of violation of this principle, and in the event of an illegal restriction - to promote its effective restoration. A number of conclusions and recommendations have been formulated regarding the mechanisms to ensure the basis of non-interference in personal and family life in the implementation of criminal proceedings.
