The monograph presents the results of a comprehensive study of the theoretical and legal foundations of the principles of criminal law. The concept and content of the principles of criminal enforcement law are defined. The role of criminal-executive policy in the introduction and implementation of the principles of criminal-executive law is studied. The system of principles of criminal executive law is considered. The essence of the categories of general law, inter-branch and branch principles of criminal-executive law is revealed. A number of changes and additions to the current Criminal Executive Code of Ukraine are proposed.
