The index includes bibliography of the issues depicting theoretical and practical aspects of the new phenomenon in the Ukrainian political system - the institute of presidency. Embracing the period of 1991-1999 the index gives an opportunity to investigate the function of this institute in Ukraine and the evolution of the views on it.
