The Minusinsk Museum of Local Lore keeps in its collection more than two thousand glass plates with negatives of the late 19th - early 20th centuries. This rare collection came as a gift to the museum from its creator, one of the first photographers of Minusinsk, Nikolai Vasilyevich Fedorov (1880-1918). The album presents the history of the ancient city, its beautiful stone buildings built in the Siberian Baroque style, as well as key events of that period, in the best photographs of the author. Detailed comments to photos, description of events make the album a full-fledged historical book.
