Michal Bukojemski (born in 1946) - cameraman, director, film producer, cinematographer graduated from the Cinematography Department of the Polish National Film, Television and Theater School in Lodz (1969). In 1989-1996 he worked for ABC News in Warsaw and Moscow. He was arrested on the basis of a charge of activity that was particularly dangerous to state security and public order, which was to be involvement in the work of the illegal Nowa-II publishing house. He is the cinematographer of several dozen documentaries, including the famous recording of the August strike of 1980, Workers 80, and the creator of Michal Bukojemski's film secrets from interna (2007), based on the letters to his wife Ewa included in this book.
