Vera Nikolaevna Speranskaya was born in 1889; the main part of her life was associated with teaching, working in a Soviet school. Being an outstanding teacher, she was one of the first to be awarded the title of Honored Teacher of the RSFSR School. The publishing project includes diary and memoir materials written in the second half of the 19th and 20th centuries. All of them are kept in archive, museum, private collections of Ivanovo, Shuya, Kineshma, Ples and other cities.
